• Position- LPN Clinic
• Shift -5X 8 Hour (Days)
• Guaranteed hours - 40
• Location - Bloomington, IN

LPN Responsibility

• Administer daily medication to patients in accordance with program policy and medical protocols.
• Use automated dispensing system(s), calibrate pump and maintain dispensing equipment
• Produce and maintain appropriate records and reports as required by Company protocol, Federal and State Regulations
• Ensure compliance with security standards for the distribution and storage of controlled substances as set forth in the Code of Federal regulations

Job Requirement

• LPN License of IN or Compact accepted -Required
• 1 Year of Medication Administration - Required
• Must be able to draw blood - Required
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Please ensure your traveler is aware that this is an OTP Clinic
• BLS from AHA
• Covid Card

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

• Medication Administration: 1 year (Required)
